By placing an order on APNAPANEL, you agree to all Terms of Service (ToS), whether you have read them or not. APNAPANEL reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

Service prices, delivery speed, features, and refill policies may change at any time. APNAPANEL is not responsible for account bans, suspensions, reach loss, or content removal by any social media platform.

📦 Order Policies

  • No refunds for duplicate orders on the same link.
  • No refund if username or link is changed during delivery.
  • You must complete running orders before placing another order.
  • Non-Guaranteed Services: Use at your own risk.
  • Guaranteed Services: Follow service-specific rules only.
  • Delivery speed is estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Accounts must remain public.
  • If start count is lower than shown, no refill or refund will be provided.

🚫 Misuse, Fraud & Abuse

  • Fake screenshots or false claims will result in permanent ban.
  • Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will result in immediate account termination.
  • API misuse, spam activity, or automation abuse may permanently block access.
  • Deleting or hiding content during delivery voids all support.

🔄 Refill Policy

Refills apply only for drops of 2% or more. Links must remain public and unchanged. Refills are valid only within the service guarantee period.

📉 Dropping & Lifetime Guarantee Clarification

Dropping is a common and normal occurrence in SMM panel services. These services depend on social media platform algorithms, updates, and system changes.

If a service is marked as Lifetime Guarantee or Lifetime Refill, this does not mean that the service will never drop. It means that in case of a drop, the user is eligible for a refill or refund, according to the service terms.

Approved refunds are added only to the APNAPANEL wallet balance. No refunds are sent to bank accounts or external payment methods. Wallet balance can be used to place new orders on the panel.

This policy applies only to guaranteed or refill services. Non-guaranteed services are not eligible for refill or refund.

💳 Cancellation & Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled once started. No refunds for wrong links, private accounts, changed usernames, or user mistakes.

Refunds (if approved) are added only to your APNAPANEL Wallet. No refunds to bank accounts, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or external wallets.

  • No refund if username is changed.
  • No refund if order drops below start count.
  • No refund for non-guaranteed services.
  • No refund if content is deleted or made private.

📊 Start Count Rule

All SMM panels operate strictly on the Start Count system. Orders are completed based on the start count at the time of order.

If you receive organic likes, followers, promotions, or use another panel, no complaint will be accepted.

Any loss caused due to this will be the user’s responsibility.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by such situations.

Any abuse, threats, or misuse toward support staff will result in permanent account suspension.

Placing multiple orders on the same link at the same time is not allowed. Any issues caused by this will not be refunded.

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including system outages, platform updates, or technical failures.

APNAPANEL reserves the right to make the final decision in all disputes. All decisions made by the administration are final and non-negotiable.

Payments must be made from your own Easypaisa or JazzCash account. Third-party payments may require identity verification.
